• Adjuvant treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive early breast cancer
• First-line treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive or hormone receptor unknown locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer
• Treatment of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women with disease progression after tamoxifen therapy
